Bilingual Order Processor

Wheels Automotive Dealer Supplies is Canada's largest manufacturer and distributor of Automobile marketing products. With over 5,000 customers and 30 years in business we lead the industry in providing unique products to the Automotive retail market, Our partners are Acura, Honda, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes Benz, Mitsubishi and Subaru.

**Status**: Full-time 40 hours per week 9:00am to 5:00pm

**Summary of Responsibilities** : Include answering phones, taking orders and directing calls to appropriate personal. Also but not limited to Invoicing, charging credit cards, receiving payment, correcting orders and balancing daily credit card receipts. Training will be provided.

**Position Requirements**:

- Enthusiastic, outgoing, highly motivated and customer driven
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow on customer orders and requests
- Good memory for remembering products and codes
- Ability to work in high pressure situations
- Bilingual in French & English ( Required)

**Job Type**: Full Time position answering phones and processing orders from our customers in into our system. There are no sales calls or cold calling people.

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.50 per hour
