**Shuttle Driver / Wash Bay Attendant Needed at Motor Hub Automotive Group**

As a Shuttle Driver at one of our dealerships, you will be responsible for the timely and safe transportation of dealership customers to or from their indicated location (e.g. home, office, etc.). The Shuttle Driver maintains relevant documentation and ensures that the shuttle vehicle is in optimal operating condition, including interior and exterior cleanliness.

Wash Bay Attendant duties at one of our dealerships, include being responsible for hand washing customer vehicles when the Service Department has finished working on them. The Wash Bay Attendant pays great attention to detail, as they assess the vehicles for markings both on the exterior and interior. They are required to work to remove any markings noticed and report them to the Service Department if unable to do so. They are also responsible for the cleanliness of the wash bay and service areas. As a team player, you will uphold dealership standards and values, as well as foster positive relationships with personnel in all areas of the dealership. You continually strive to provide a level of service that is above customer expectations.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Hand wash and dry of customer vehicles after they’ve been serviced
- Inspect both the interior and exterior of vehicle and remove all marks possible
- Wipe down the interior of the vehicle including the dashboard, steering wheel and controls
- Be passionate about building an ongoing relationship with the customer with the objective to create brand loyalty and the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Transport passengers irrespective of weather, traffic and road conditions in a safe, respectful and professional manner
- Provide support to other departments as required
- Ensure all documentation/paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely fashion
- Assist in maintaining a clean dealership, particularly by performing duties related to the cleanliness of the service area

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Automotive experience would be an asset
- Available to work evening and weekend shifts as scheduled
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Experience with use of chemicals, hand and power tools, and other machinery an asset
