Dispatcher Flatebd

Responsibilities:

- Schedule deliveries with shippers/consignees and track shipments until completed.
- Managing dispatch of domestic and cross-border brokers
- Arrange appointments and scheduling.
- Develop delivery routes and monitor route changes.
- Answer incoming phone calls from drivers on the road.
- Build relations with the shipping lines.
- Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers.
- Effectively plan and prioritize all loads.
- Maintain positive and supportive communications with drivers during the route time to ensure on-time deliveries.

Job Requirements:

- 1 to 3 years of experience scheduling flatbed loads
- Strong dispatching knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
