Training Specialist

The Opportunity
Questica is on the hunt for a self-starting leader with a passion for training to join our Professional Services team as Training Specialist. You will be responsible for developing end-user technology training course-ware using a variety of media, including PowerPoint slides, handbooks, videos and e-learning. You will also deliver training to Questica clients and employees, creating and curating training tools and materials. This is your opportunity to work autonomously in order to propose and lead the development of new training initiatives.
The Challenge
**What You’ll Do**:
Technology Training
- Deliver software training in one-on-one, small or large group settings and present information in a logical, accurate and engaging manner
- Attain proficiency in Questica’s products and business, in order to respond to trainee questions
- Schedule, coordinate and conduct online software training sessions
Training Development
- Maintain and update all training materials including handouts, manuals, videos, etc
- Author, capture, narrate and edit short video tutorials using Camtasia and other video production tools
- Create, organize and update sample Questica databases for training purposes
- Develop e-learning materials and digital on-boarding programs
- Design and maintain technical production standards and e-learning templates for new materials
The Right Fit
**Who You Are**:
Essential Knowledge
- 2-3 years hands-on training content development experience
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Ability to communicate technical information succinctly and clearly
- Exceptional documentation skills
- Above average computer skills; MS Office, Camtasia (or similar)
- Self-directed completer/finisher who takes ownership of projects
**Experience of Benefit**: Nice-to-Have
- Personal or business use of multimedia software i.e. graphics, design, video editing
