**Full Time Hours, Year Round**

**WHAT **WILL I BE DOING?**
- Balance of various payment types, such as Cash, Credit Card, and gift card transactions, against their corresponding sales transactions.
- When errors are identified, the Auditor will assist in correction process through on-going communication to supervisory staff.
- Posting daily statements to GL for all outlets across resort and completing journal entries
- Respond to guest inquiries and chargebacks between BMR, Guests, Moneris, and American Express.
- Audit proper processing of discounts, price adjustments, refunds, etc. based on systems reports. And ensure proper control measures are met.
- Analysis of new product transactions to assist in implementation of controls. This is completed with problem solving and understanding of internal systems. This may include test of new computer system upgrades.
- Assist in all other office duties including cash counting, receipts auditing, and pickups and deliveries.

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Post-Secondary education and/or a minimum of two years’ experience in accounting an asset
- Familiar with using different systems such as Cenium/ NAV/ Light speed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills -with the oral and written communication skills to facilitate resolutions to queries and discrepancies, and to establish a solid foundation of trust is maintained/established
- Intermediate computer skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Successful applicants will be required to complete a Criminal, Credit & Reference Background
