- **Applicants considered for this position should have the following skills and experience**:_
- _**Education: High School Diploma or equivalency**_
- _**Ability to work as a team with excellent communication skills**_
- _**Able to work independently, without supervision**_
- _**Competently operate computer programs such as Excel and iPhone/Android apps**_
- _**Comfortable with ladders, and working at heights**_
- _**Strong customer service skills are a MUST**_
- _**Desire to constantly learn new technologies**_
- _**Enjoy new challenges in the workplace**_
- _**Construction background is an asset**_
- _**Ability to troubleshoot issues with the help of our team, and on your own**_
- _**Physically fit and capable of lifting 65lbs**_
- _**Able to work weekends**_
- **Applicants must obtain & maintain the following**:_
- _**Valid Drivers License, and provide us with a clean driving record**_
- _**Smart Phone with Data Plan (Android or IOS)**_
- _**Complete Online Training through Xplore during training period, on your own time**_

- **A minimum 2-week training period is required, during your training you will develop a thorough understanding of the systems that we install and service, the installation process, and you will be supported in meeting the above requirements.**_

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
