**TULA is looking for contracted Beauty Advisors in Canada to help support our growing business. This role is responsible for building brand awareness, driving sales and delivering best in class customer service within Sephora, Canada stores. We are seeking top talent based in the Winnipeg markets.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed hourly sales goals
- Provide education and excitement in a retail environment
- Ability to build authentic relationships with customers and staff
- Daily communication with AE to share insight, feedback and sales results

Qualifications:

- Sephora sales support experience is required
- Availability on evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to travel Sephora Lindenwood, Polo park, St-Vital, Crossroads and Brandon
- Consistent communicator, dependable, willing to learn
- Proven track record of exceeding sales

About TULA Skincare

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Beauty: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
