**Administrative and marketing assistant**
**Responsibilities**
- Scheduling of site inspections for our sales team with the homeowners & client
- Assist with the scheduling of project meetings, job schedules, and appointments
- Assist with maintaining company records and filing documents, scanning proposals and maintaining the CRM program
- Provide general support to visitors, clients, vendors, etc.
- Answer phones in a professional manner and relay messages to the appropriate person
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Assist with maintaining office cleanliness and organization
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, etc.
**Experience**:
- Prior experience working in an office environment preferred.
- Previous experience working with Mac-based platforms (macbook, iphone, ipad etc)
- Experience working with Quickbooks Desktop is a plus. Experience with remote administration is a plus too, where you can manage projects remotely. We are looking for someone who can fill this role quickly. WWe will train you on how to use the software as well as teach you how to teach our software. If you have experience teaching others this may be a good fit for you
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
