**Looking for a great opportunity to work in Canada's largest Automotive Group?**

**Dilawri Groupe of Companies** (BC Region) is currently looking to fill a position of **Regional Marketing Manager**.

Under the supervision of the Regional Director of Operations, the position is responsible for generating additional income for the Group Dealership through creating marketing programs and materials to increase customer retention and sales in the Sales, Service, Parts and Collision Departments.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Establish marketing objectives, to obtain a market share and ensure product and service profitability
- Devise and implement programs to solicit customers and drive lead generation; analyze information on the Dealerships customers and the retail automobile market in the surrounding geographical area, in order to develop effective customer solicitation programs
- Assist each Dealership in creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing and communications program that will enhance the Dealership image, branding and positioning within the marketplace
- Work with General Managers to plan and supervise the dealership’s advertising and promotional activities, making use of the written press, the electronic media and mailing services
- With General Managers, devise and implement short and long-term marketing plans and programs, in order to achieve growth in profits and in dealership products and services
- Work with writers and artists and supervise copywriting and the design and production of promotional materials; final decision by General Managers
- Design and compose, together with the General Managers, all printed advertising, radio and television commercials, billboards, mailings and internal or external notices
- Work with the General Manager and the Department Managers to develop future advertising campaigns
- Evaluate market reactions to advertising programs, inserts in the media and marketing policies
- Research and use industry sources and information about consumers
- Prepare marketing and other reports and submits them to dealership management
- Design surveys and other marketing tools
- Follow up on marketing results, to ensure that marketing objectives are met, within permitted budget constraints
- Assist dealerships in coordinating special mailings including printing labels, purchasing postage, etc.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports, in regards to:

- social media statistics and usage
- online review statistics and trends
- website usage
- marketing portal usage
- benchmark achievement(s) by Dealership
- Participate in monthly national marketing calls with Regional Marketing Teams to evaluate and coordinate:

- current and ongoing initiatives
- prior month successes and failures
- website developments
- DGC and industry best practices
- Liaise with national social media accounts administrator to drive increased awareness and usage of the DGC’s social media accounts, and ensure coordination of National and Regional efforts

**Qualifications Required**

Education
- College Diploma in Business Management or Marketing, or equivalent

**Experience**
- Five (5) years marketing or public relations experience
- Dealership experience preferred
