Switchboard Operator

We are currently seeking a Switchboard Operator to join our team

**What we are doing to keep you safe**:

- Strictly adhering to protocols set by our governments, public health authorities, and medical professionals
- Providing hand sanitizing stations, disinfectant wipes, masks and gloves for employee use
- Enhanced cleaning procedures by our dedicated cleaning team
- Implementing pre-screening questions for customers prior to booking appointments

**Qualifications**:

- Possess excellent communication skills
- Exhibit an interest in providing excellent customer service
- Have strong organization and time management skills
- Have a basic knowledge of computers and data entry
- Have a positive attitude
- Work well in a dynamic team based environment
- Previous switchboard experience in a professional environment will be considered an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service via telephone
- Qualify and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate person or department
- Ability to fulfil a variety of shifts between the hours of 7am and 9pm (5 shifts between Monday and Saturday)
