Job Description:
The Yard Boys, a reputable landscaping and property maintenance company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Snow Plow Operator to join our team for the upcoming winter season. As a Snow Plow Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and accessibility of our clients' properties during winter weather conditions.

**Duties**:

- Operate snow plow equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots and driveways
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow and ice events
- Clear snow and ice from driveways, and other designated areas; maintain accurate records of work completed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience operating snow plow equipment preferred
- Knowledge of proper snow removal techniques and safety procedures
- Stamina and ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, reliable and punctual.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (required)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
