**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes
- Washing, peeling and cutting vegetables to prepare them from consumption
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a concession or similar fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to handle the quick and busy periods of day with ease and efficiency

What we're looking for:

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude even under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as a team

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in a restaurant or food service setting
- Food safety
- First aid certification

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.30 per hour
