**Summary**

At Ontario Security Group Ltd., our Security Guards are responsible for providing visitors and staff with the highest quality of life safety and security, service superiority, and operational efficiency. This in turn, will help facilitate a desirable experience by ensuring that the building and property grounds safety are always paramount.
- Gate house position
- Writing of daily reports and incident reports.
- Accurately maintain logs, including visitors, contractors, inbound/outbound trailers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain communication with emergency agencies including Police, Fire and Ambulance.
- Full-time and Part-time shifts are based on schedules that will rotate as per business operations, and will require rotating shifts of mornings, afternoons, evenings, and midnights.

**Qualifications**
- A valid Security Guard License (ON) required.
- Works well with others.
- Knowledge of Federal, Provincial and Municipal legislation and regulation in security and life safety.
- An understanding and familiarity with security plans, procedures, and processes.

**Working Conditions**
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of the day.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions (including but not limited to cold and hot weather, rain and windy conditions).
- Ontario Security Group Uniforms are provided and expected to be worn during all shifts.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, which includes but is not limited to evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required.
