**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**

**POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Participate in the development and support of CRM systems and processes.
- Understand business issues and opportunities. Analyze and define both the “As Is” and “To Be” business processes and perform gap analysis.
- Coordinate diverse groups who contribute to business requirements and build consensus for requirements across the various user groups.
- Identify assumptions, constraints, and anticipate and manage risks.
- Perform requirements analysis and develop prototype solutions to demonstrate various system capabilities to the business and enable adoption.
- Develop functional specifications and perform functional configuration.
- Perform data analysis to understand how data impacts solutions
- Participate in an on call rotation to support 24x7 operations
- Develop diagrams and models (use case, activity diagram, business process models, etc.) and clearly document functional requirements and business rules to describe what the system, process, or product/service must do in order to fulfill the business and user requirements.
- Define the requirements needed to transition from an existing solution to a new solution.
- Communicate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems to technical teams designing and implementing the solution. Assist with creating user guides and training.
- Support the development of the test strategy and test plans. Ensure traceability of requirements back to business need as well as through to solution and testing. Validate the solution meets the business need and verify it conforms to specifications.
- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent practical experience
- Strong familiarity with both cloud and on-premises implementation methodologies
- Strong requirements analysis and configuration skills
- Experience designing and configuring direct and/or indirect integrations

**NICE TO HAVE**
- Salesforce, Boomi, AWS Connect and/or SAP CRM experience is an asset
- Experience with Agile development methodology is an asset
- Experience implementing CRM solutions at a logistics or transportation division is an asset.
