**Responsibilities**:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs

Ensure phone etiquette is professional and courteous when interacting with customers

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for

proactively marketing CANHELP MIGRATION EXPERTS INC.

You will be responsible for creating your own leads through cold contacting and generating your own referrals.

You will do this by spending 90% of your time cold contacting potential prospects at their business.

While at their business your job will be to provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers.

You will be cold contacting consumers to best understand how to build value and customize the service to their individual needs.

You will be proactive in following up with customer referrals.

**Desired Skills**
- grit, is honest, empathetic, and has strong customer service abilities.
- You must be able to cold contact and generate your own leads.
- You must be able to think quickly on your feet and identify solutions to help solve customer problems.
- While previous marketing and sales industry experience is beneficial, it is not required as we provide comprehensive training that will equip you with the skills you need to succeed.

**Skills**:

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (multilingual)
- Excellent phone etiquette to provide exceptional customer service over the phone
- Strong customer service skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

**Salary**: From $4,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T6H 5G8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)
