**Entretiens** (en moyenne, le nombre d'entretiens est de 3 - il peut toutefois varier en fonction du niveau d'ancienneté requis pour le poste). Au cours des entretiens, vous rencontrerez les membres de notre équipe : votre supérieur hiérarchique bien sûr, mais aussi d'autres personnes avec lesquelles vous serez amené à travailler. Ces entretiens nous permettront d'en apprendre davantage sur vous, votre expérience et vos compétences, mais aussi sur le poste et ce que l'on attendra de vous. Bien entendu, vous apprendrez également à connaître Amaris : notre culture, notre histoire, nos équipes et vos opportunités de carrière

**Étude de cas**: En fonction du poste, vous serez peut-être appelé à passer un test. Il pourra s'agir d'un jeu de rôle, d'une évaluation technique, d'un scénario de résolution de problème, etc.
**Job description**:
Nous recherchons des consultants dynamiques pour renforcer notre équipe en **Systèmes d'Information & Digital **à **Montréal**. Votre expérience, vos connaissances et votre engagement nous aideront à relever les défis de nos clients.

Vous soutiendrez différents projets grâce à votre expertise en tant que **Service Delivery Manager**.

**Vos principales responsabilités**:

- Éliminer proactivement les obstacles pour améliorer la productivité et l'efficacité de l'équipe
- Réunir les parties prenantes pour des réunions d'alignement afin d'assurer une compréhension claire du projet et de ses objectifs
- Organiser des sessions de formation pour renforcer les compétences des membres de l'équipe et encourager l'amélioration continue
- Générer des rapports complets sur les améliorations de l'équipe, l'état d'avancement du projet et les principales métriques de performance
- Faciliter les rétrospectives pour identifier les domaines d'amélioration de la dynamique d'équipe et mettre en œuvre des changements concrets
- Diriger et gérer de grands projets pour l'équipe, en garantissant une livraison en temps voulu et une cohérence avec les objectifs commerciaux

**Qualifications**:

- Licence ou Master en informatique, systèmes d'information ou dans un domaine connexe
- Au moins 5 années d'expérience dans un rôle technique ou de Service Delivery Manager ou Scrum Master
- Connaissance pratique de Jira pour une gestion efficace des projets
- Compréhension technique solide, en particulier en ce qui concerne les outils de la suite Microsoft Office
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
