We're hiring Our company is seeking friendly and customer-oriented concierge employees to join our team at one of our prestige buildings located in North Vancouver.

The mission of the Concierge Department is to delight clients by going above and beyond to resolve their inquiries within reason and deliver exceptional sales expertise.

As Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional experiences for residents by resolving their inquiries and exceed client expectations by maximizing value in every interaction. **As Concierge, you will**:
As concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to residents, trades, and guests. You'll be the first point of contact and the face of our company, so a professional and courteous demeanor is essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome residents and guests
- Assist with amenity bookings
- Monitor moves
- Assist the head concierge with administrative duties
- Provide information about the property and the local area
- Address residents’ concerns and complaints in a professional manner
- patrol the area for security and safety risks
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer Skills (property management portals, Word/Excel, Google Drive)
- Previous experience in concierge for strata buildings, customer service or hospitality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
