**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to develop customized tutoring plans.
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions focused on test preparation strategies and content review.
- Educate students on effective study techniques, time management, and test-taking strategies.
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students, including interactive activities and technology-based resources.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods as needed to ensure understanding and retention of material.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes learning and confidence in students.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with student in an educational setting is essential.
- Previous tutoring experience or classroom teaching experience is preferred.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey concepts to students.
- A genuine passion for educating and helping students achieve their academic goals.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 2 per week
