**Principales responsabilités**

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de:

- **Stimuler la rentabilité du magasin** en gérant efficacement les opérations financières, les stocks, les rapports sur les flux de trésorerie et la préparation des audits.
- **Promouvoir l'apprentissage continu** et partager des approches innovantes en matière de formation, de ventes et d’amélioration des pratiques commerciales.
- **Construire une équipe de vente performante** et qualifiée, capable de forger de solides relations avec les clients.
- **Donner l'exemple** en motivant l’équipe à offrir un service client exceptionnel et en gérant efficacement les situations d'escalade.
- **Diriger l’équipe** pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente du magasin.
- **Fournir un coaching continu** et des retours constructifs pour aider les membres de l'équipe à atteindre leur plein potentiel.

**Key Responsibilities**

In this role, you will:

- Drive store profitability through effective management of financial operations, inventory, cash flow reporting, and audit preparation

Pay: $37,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
