**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the irrigation of crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various farm tasks, including planting, weeding, and harvesting.
- Operate farm machinery safely and effectively to perform essential duties.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and basic repairs as needed.
- Engage in heavy lifting and moving of materials or equipment as required.
- Support garden maintenance activities, including planting, watering, and pest control.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all farming operations run smoothly.
- Follow safety protocols while operating heavy equipment and handling tools.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in farming or agricultural work is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely is essential; training may be provided.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Strong physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating areas as needed.
- A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to quality work.

Pay: $20.51-$21.39 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
