Reporting to the Supervisor - Compensation & Benefits, this position is responsible for providing outstanding levels of service to all employees of the City of Fredericton and liaising with the City's service providers and internal departments. This includes processing the bi-weekly time and attendance data for the organization and submission as well as providing technical support to all departments around attendance, time banks and plan maintenance.
