**About Liuyishou Hotpot**:
Chongqing Liuyishou Hotpot was founded in 2000, which is a leading enterprise that specializes in managing hot pot chains and franchisees. Liuyishou now has expanded its business to more than 1,200 overseas units all around the world. In 2014, Liuyishou chose the greater Vancouver for our North America Head Office and opened our first restaurant in Richmond BC. In 2015, Liuyishou International Management Company (Canada) Ltd. was established to operate Liuyishou Hot Pot Restaurants across North America. Since then, we have directly managed a central kitchen and large-scale food processing factory, with over 20 restaurants and 500 employees in North America.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Ensure that excellent levels of service are being delivered to the guests during service;
- Action guest concerns and compliments by praising staff and resolving complaints in a timely manner;
- Assist Front of House Manager preparing training plan, conduct skills/competency;
- Assist making shift plan. Ability to direct staff to handle unexpected situations and customer concerns throughout a shift as needed;
- Share food improvement suggestions, innovation of new items, and manage the return of food;
- Comply with Liuyishou rules and regulations;
- Assist Front of House Manager with all aspects of restaurant operations;
- Reporting any issues to the Front of House Manager;
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 1-year experience in serving, Chinese restaurant, Hot Pot, or Sichuan restaurant experience is preferred;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and oral) in Mandarin and English;
- Strong work ethic, team focus, and commitment to going above and beyond to ensure excellent guest service;
- Financial and marketing experience is an asset;
- Work 5-6 days a week. Having your own car and driver’s license is an asset;
