**Calibration & Service Technician**

Work will include a broad range of responsibilities in a variety of different work settings such as petrochemical, mass transportation and food plant operations.

Responsibilities Include:

- Evaluate and Certify dispenser meters
- Perform volumetric test measures, meter analysis and minor repairs.
- Maintain and repair other fuel/liquid handling equipment.
- Assisting in the setup and installation of associated hardware & software products.
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Other duties assigned as required.
- Follow detailed assembly instruction, processes and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions

**Skills and Aptitudes**:

- Certification as a Weights & Measures Calibration Technician for;
- Bulk Petroleum Meters
- Propane Meters, Bulk Truck Mounted and Retail
- Pipe Prover Calibrations

License as a Petroleum Mechanic (PMH, PM1, PM2 and PM3)

College graduates with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or a Mechanical Engineering Technician is an asset.

Proficient in use of all hand tools

Lifting up to 40 lbs.

Strong troubleshooting skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner

Ability and willingness to travel (with a valid passport).

Valid Ontario driver’s license and good driving record are required.

Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Good verbal and written English skills are necessary.
