Host/hostess

*Job Overview*

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.

*Responsibilities*
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Provide menus and relay any specials or promotions to guests
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

*Experience*
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food service or restaurant operations is advantageous
