Duties & Resp: Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in
- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards | Processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance and termination | Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints. KSAs: Entry level job with little or no prior relevant work experience. Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks. Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy. Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures. High school diploma (or equivalent) and less than 1 year of experience; post-secondary school education may substitute for years of experience
