At Malabar, we are a fast-growing company looking to add an Inventory Analyst to work in our brand new facility located at 3570 Platinum Drive. Unit 1. Mississauga.

This position is responsible for coordinating and verifying transactional workflow within the ERP system for both Production and Warehouse in order to maintain an accurate inventory with mínimal losses. The Inventory Analyst is also responsible for supporting Production and Warehousing teams with freight, purchasing of non stock inventory and training of personnel.

**Who we are looking for?**
- Experience in food manufacturing is preferred;
- Post-secondary education in business or engineering;
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Tools and an ERP system;
- Excellent general math skills are required;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills are a must;
- Strong leadership with focus on positive attitude in what we say and do;
- Attention to detail is essential;
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Supply Chain Director on planning and distributing Production batch sheets ensuring the materials are accurately set and planned.
- Assist in Item control set up for all new materials purchased and manufactured.
- Develop and implement daily reporting to monitor KPI’s such as kgs produced, yield, kgs shipped and variances.
- Monitor Warehouse Inventory accuracy through daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts. Lead the year end cycle count including teams, documentation, variances, and reporting.,
- Monitor and order all non stock Operation inventory utilizing Kanban system ensuring stocks are optimized. Work with purchasing team to identify savings.
- Key Member on the Warehouse Management System and Manufacturing Module Implementation team and transition to a key user. Ensure staff is trained and competent on accurate and timely transactions.
- Review all shipping orders to ensure they are accurately transacted and ensure shipping documentation is completed and timely.
- Review all incoming Materials and ensure they are entered in timely and accurately into the ERP system
- Work with approved Transportation companies on scheduling trucks for pick ups or drop offs
- Organize any Purolator shipments and ensure they executed daily
