**Our Opportunity**:
We are currently looking for a Materials Technician with a variety of experience levels for project work based in Fort McMurray and surrounding areas. Routine tasks include sampling groundwater wells, lakes, ponds, outfalls, and surface run-off through various methods, completing in-field data entry for each sample site on the acQuire database, completing COC’s as required, transporting samples to a Geo-Environmental building for shipment to 3rd party offsite lab for analysis, preparing samples for shipment, and additional data entry as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Experience in field concrete testing
- CCIL certification considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities
- Technical competence and attention to detail
- Ability to work a variety of shifts is required
- A high level of dependability
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Preference given to those local to Fort McMurray (No fly in fly out, this is a local based position with relocation required)
