At our Vernon store we are looking for an experienced Hair Salon Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team. As the Manager, you will build a team and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results through great customer service and brand delivery.

The Manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients and leading stylists to reach their highest potential.

**Benefits**:
$23/hour BASE wage, plus Commission, Bonuses and great Tips A Hair Stylist can expect to make upwards of $35-40/hour

**Requirements**:
A valid cosmetology or barber license
Salon management experience (1 year preferred)
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Must possess an industry passion
Love Men's haircuts
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
