Downtown Real Estate office is seeking a reliable and professional **part-time Receptionist**.

**Must be able to work 2 evenings per week and 1 weekend day per month**
- Greet/direct all guests and clients
- Answer incoming calls
- Assist agents with photocopying, printing, and scanning
- Take incoming cheques and make receipts
- Operate database Broker Bay, Webforms and MLS
- Release cheques
- Book and confirm appointments
- Restock front desk supplies
- Restock paper in all office machines
- Sort mail for filing
- Tidy staff and agent kitchen
- Receiving incoming packages
- Answering all client inquiries
- Write offers and upload MLS listings
- Basic troubleshooting of printers, photocopiers, and computers

**Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications**
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- 1 year experience in customer service
- Excellent telephone manners
- Must be computer literate
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally
- Courteous, positive, and service-oriented
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Work well under pressure
- Adaptable in all situations
- Professional and reliable
- Must be able to work in a team setting
- Attention to details

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10- 20 per week

**Salary**: From $16.25 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Weston, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
