Nous recherchons un **Spécialiste VMWare et Réseau** hautement qualifié pour rejoindre notre équipe informatique en pleine croissance. Cette personne sera chargée de maintenir l'infrastructure VMWare du nuage privé de l'entreprise et les opérations de réseau, d'assurer des niveaux élevés de qualité et de disponibilité des données et de travailler sur des projets novateurs pour améliorer nos capacités techniques.

- **Qualifications**:_
- Licence en informatique, en technologie de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans l'administration de réseaux et la gestion de VMWare.
- Solide compréhension des environnements VMWare, y compris vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, etc.
- Solide connaissance des principes de mise en réseau, y compris le routage, la commutation, le sous-réseau, etc., et expérience du matériel de mise en réseau.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et capacité à hiérarchiser les tâches.
- Maîtrise de la gestion des pare-feu et de la sécurité des réseaux.
- Expérience des outils d'automatisation et des scripts.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de travailler efficacement en équipe et de communiquer des informations techniques complexes à des collègues non techniques.
- Des certifications pertinentes (telles que VCP, CCNA, CCNP) sont un atout.
- **Principales responsabilités**:_
- Concevoir, installer, gérer et maintenir nos environnements virtuels VMWare et nos systèmes de réseau.
- S'assurer que les systèmes fonctionnent de manière optimale, effectuer une maintenance et des mises à jour régulières, et résoudre les problèmes qui se posent.
- Planifier et mettre en œuvre l'automatisation du système si nécessaire pour une meilleure efficacité.
- Contrôler les performances du réseau et les optimiser pour obtenir une vitesse et une disponibilité maximales.
- Établir et maintenir des politiques de sécurité, y compris des pare-feu, des protocoles et des configurations VPN.
- Créer et maintenir une documentation complète de tous les processus, systèmes et configurations informatiques.
- Participer à la planification et à la mise en œuvre de la reprise après sinistre.
- Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe et les autres départements pour identifier et répondre aux besoins technologiques.
- Fournir une assistance technique et des conseils aux utilisateurs finaux et aux membres de l'équipe, le cas échéant.
- Se tenir au courant des tendances et des progrès de l'industrie, recommander des changements et des mises à niveau si nécessaire.
- **Exigences physiques**:_
- Ce poste peut nécessiter de soulever légèrement du matériel informatique, sans dépasser 50 livres. Le poste est principalement basé au bureau et peut nécessiter de rester assis pendant de longues périodes.
- **Conditions de travail**:_
- La semaine de travail normale pour ce poste est du lundi au vendredi, de 8h00 à 17h00, mais il peut être nécessaire de travailler le soir et le week-end pour respecter les délais des projets ou résoudre des problèmes techniques.
