**Job Duties**:

- Adjust and run the printing press.
- Perform set up for feed system.
- Assist Press Operator to change plates and blankets.
- Ensure all press supplies are available.
- Assist with make ready.
- Assist in washing plates, blankets, rollers, and ink fountains where required.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- General clean up.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Attend and participate in ongoing training.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements and Experience**:

- Grade 12 or acceptable experience.
- English language knowledge/ability - speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Minimum 1 year experience with Litho Press.
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Strong Mechanical aptitude.
- Experience in Equipment Preventative Care and Troubleshooting.
- Basic Computer knowledge.
- Must be both familiar with and able to adhere to company safety policies and government legislation (ie. Occupational Health and Safety Act).
- Respect individuals, the organization, authority, the community, and the team.
