**Position Title**:Boutique Coordinator
**Reports to**:Manager, Community Engagement
**Job type**:Full-time, 1 Year Contract (40 hours/week) with possibility of extension.

**Location**:In-Person (North York)
**Salary Range**:$22-25/hour

**About Us**
Dress for Success Toronto® is part of a global movement for change. We are a local affiliate of an international not-for-profit organization operating in over 150 cities in 30 countries. Since 2009, we have helped over 15,000 women in the GTA transition from unemployment to economic independence. We work together with agency partners, corporate sponsors, individual donors, and over 300 dedicated volunteers to create impact in women’s lives.

We are looking for a highly organized, collaborative self-starter who is passionate about the sustainable fashion movement and empowering women to look and feel their best. Our Suiting Program serves over 600 Clients each year thanks to the generous donations from individuals and corporate drives. With additional support from retailers such as Coach, TJX, Bravado and Penningtons, our Boutique offers items at no cost to Clients and boasts a variety of styles, sizes, and selections for women and non-binary individuals ready to re-entre the workforce.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Boutique Inventory (45%)_
- Collaborate with Boutique Team to identify most relevant items based on Client needs
- Schedule, coordinate and receive clothing donation drop offs at Boutique
- Collaborate with Volunteer Coordinator to engage internal and Corporate Volunteers to unpack, sort, and hang items ready for display in Boutique
- Act as main point of contact with Gibson’s Cleaning service to monitor donations deliveries
- Administration & Reporting (40%)_
- Provide overview of Corporate clothing drives and offer tips and suggestions to increase the collection of relevant and quality items
- Track incoming and outgoing inventory and maintain an organized storage room, including the management of seasonal items for future inventory display
- Answer questions and provide information about DFS Toronto programs and services
- Support administration related to creating donor profiles and issuing tax receipts
- Program Support (15%)_
- Collaborate with Manager, Programs to support day-to-day operations of Suiting Program
- Co-lead design, select items, and execute annual Garment Sale fundraisers
- Work with Volunteer Coordinator to engage Donations Assistants/Corporate Group Volunteers
- Attend occasional corporate clothing drives to share information about DFS Toronto Programs

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 2-3 years’ clothing retail/customer service experience
- Visual merchandising and inventory management experience
- Experience working with volunteers or overseeing small teams
- Extremely organized and able to effectively identify and implement new processes
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and problem solve
- Nimble and able to work efficiently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Comfortable making phone calls, providing instructions, and sharing information
- Friendly and polite, excellent listening skills, and ability to maintain boundaries
- Proficient in basic Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Forms
- Interest and ability to quickly learn new technology and administrative software
- Passionate about supporting women and non-binary individuals
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
