Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing systems
- Ability to operate a skid-steer or willingness to learn operation of skid-steer
- Ability to use Sthil gas weed whipper, paint, lift heavy objects over 20kg, pull trailer with provided truck, use hand tools, and work in all climate conditions
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
- Perform the necessary maintenance activities, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions with the Supervisor
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff or customers in a prompt and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in plumbing systems
- Proficiency in reading google earth maps
- Ability to work alone or in a team environment effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally with staff and customers

Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
