Salon Coordinator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Salon Coordinator to join our team. The Salon Coordinator will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting salon staff to deliver a seamless experience for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon's calendar efficiently
- Coordinate with stylists to ensure smooth workflow and timely service
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Promote salon products and services through effective upselling techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist in product demonstrations and provide information on services offered
- Proceed end of day and end of week reporting

**Skills**:

- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to sell products and services effectively
- Experience in technology sales or product demos is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage salon schedules and appointments efficiently
- Familiarity with cashiering duties and POS systems
- Capability for upselling services to enhance customer experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
