**What's Involved?**
- The operation of and working with various asphalt paving equipment. (Ex. rollers, mill, paver, screed, plant, etc.)
- Working with asphalt and ability to perform physical labour.
- Perform daily checks and maintenance of machine.
- Follow safe working procedures and wear proper personal protective equipment.

**What's Required?**
- Valid driver’s licence with clear driver’s abstract.
- Work long hours in all weather conditions.
- Be able to travel and work away from home.
- Be able to physically perform labourer duties (heavy lifting, shoveling, raking, standing for long periods of time)
- Be able to communicate effectively with supervisors, workers and the public.
