Service Plumber

**Duties**
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations for plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, on-demand heaters and boilers.
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and new installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining issues and solutions in simple, understandable terms.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
- Assist with after-hours emergency calls as needed (on-call rotation).
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct heavy lifting as needed when moving materials or equipment.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a journey person Service Plumber (minimum 2 years).
- Valid plumbing certification.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
