** Responsibilities**:

- Actively assist in the co-ordination of the timely and accurate execution of all Asset Protection initiatives as per Company standards
- Be a role model to the team and others
- Protect the assets of the Company
- Perform covert investigations
- Foster teamwork and collaboration to meet objectives
- Develop a rapport with the internal team
- Conduct audits, support policies and procedures ensuring compliance
- Monitoring of systems and procedures to detect internal dishonesty
- Liaison with law enforcement agencies
- Regularly communicate with associate and management
- Excellent working knowledge of CCTV equipment
- Duties are not limited to the above and may be modified as determined by the Asset Protection Manager/Director

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 Years Asset Protection experience or related field
- Must have valid Ontario Security License
- Completion of recognized Law & Security course an asset
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Must have excellent working knowledge of computers
- Interviewing/Investigation skills
- Full flexibility with schedule to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Detail oriented
- Systems proficiency
- Knowledge of Inventory process an asset
- Knowledge of retail procedures and criminal/ civil proceedings
