We are looking for a **Head of Marketing for Mike’s Hard Lemonade**. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the iconic Mike’s Hard Lemonade portfolio in America including strategic brand planning, Mike’s portfolio development, Mike’s P&L, and the development of the US marketing activation plan, as well as engagement with the US implementation and sales team.

Reporting to our Director of US Development Brands, this role is based out of our Dublin Office. We love our office and the setting it provides for celebration and collaboration. But we also appreciate the opportunity to work remotely can energize you too, so we do offer flexible arrangements

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- **Brand Planning**:Build brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and corresponding promotional tactics that improve sales and profitability for existing and new product launches.
- **Insights & Consumer Knowledge**:Drive business insights (through market research and competitive intelligence) that leads to a clear understanding of existing and future market dynamics.
- **Portfolio Management**:Leverage market research to understand portfolio opportunity spaces and manage where the Mike’s Hard Lemonade suite of brands stand together and where they execute their own agendas to drive incrementality.
- **Team Leadership**:Lead and manage 2 direct reports and dotted lines from US marketing implementation team: Inspire, direct, supervise, mentor and drive performance across the team.
- **Scaled Communication Platforms**:Lead and be responsible for all aspects of the brand, including but not limited to big idea development, campaign eco-system delivery, branding, social, advocacy, community & events.
- **Digital First Solutions**:Use consumer data and analytics to ensure we are growing in the right way - delivering the right message, to the right consumers in the right moment by brand.
- **Integrated Planning**: Build and develop marketing strategies that drive brand goals & vision and integrates public relations, social media, digital media, and events.
- **US Partnership**:Cultivate strong relationships and partnership with the US implementation, Digital, Finance, and Sales teams in building monthly/quarterly/yearly routines across all activation verticals of the brand.
- **Agile Business Management**: Demonstrate the ability to synthesize leadership feedback quickly, prioritize the need to iterate, and get results.
- **P&L Management**:Supervise and handle program spending and investment strategy for working and non-working expenditure.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- US National or significant US brand management experience
- 12+ years’ experience driving US marketing programs
- Direct experience of building and leading impactful teams.
- Alcohol Beverage / CPG / FMCG experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising or related degree.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Capable of delivering highly creative and large-scale campaigns.
- Have a strong understanding of US ‘youth’ culture (LDA+) and a willingness to travel to the US regularly.
- Proven track record to guide, collaborate and lead teams toward common goals.
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level both independently and with cross functional teams.
- Consumer curious with a deep understanding of our target consumers, shopper occasion and consumption moments.
- Strategic Driver to define the annual brand plan, opportunities and sources of incremental volume.
- Connector & Cultural Marketer who can collaborate with leaders across multiple teams to drive integrated marketing.
- Eco-System Expert to deliver plans that are founded in the principles of modern marketing.
- Results Orientated and strive to deliver quality at speed.
