Project Manager

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include**:

- Perform site inspections, draw floor plans and create mitigation and repair scopes
- Manage workflow of emergency service technicians, trades and sub-contractors
- Communicate with adjusters, homeowners and property managers
- Coordinate emergency, demolition and reconstruction services through to completion
- Obtain quotes, create work orders, and write estimates using price lists
- Understand job costing, invoicing and file management
- Read and comprehend vendor agreements, insurance requirements and bid documents
- Complete final walk throughs, collect deductibles and obtain signatures
- Use and maintain company PPE, vehicles and electronics
- Schedule marketing appointments and participate in company sponsored functions

**Experience**:

- Mandatory Xactimate, XactAnalysis and Outlook knowledge

- Familiarity with DASH an asset

**Requirements**:

- Participation in on-call rotation schedules
- Organized, self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Flexible and dependable

**Education**:

- IICRC Certification
- High School Diploma

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Insurance property restoration: 1 year (required)
- project management: 1 year (required)
- Xactimate: 1 year (required)
