Custodial Worker

We are looking for an individual who is good with their hands, able to maintain cleanliness through out the building, disinfect and sanitize surfaces, complete grounds keeping, basic handy man work, and is bondable. An individual who manages their time well while completing their tasks, reliable, and detail orientated. To Start ASAP :) Starts at 7:30 am - 12 NOON

MONDAY - SUNDAY SOME 1/2 DAYS FLEXABLE

Some duties include:

- Knowledge of use of different cleaning products
- Maintain, clean and sanitize all washrooms in the morning or after catering events
- Complete regular check-ups & maintenance for each floors/ common areas / catering rooms
- Ensuring yard, bleachers, playground, and petting zoo is in proper and safe condition
- Report to GM of any issues or safety concerns of condition of certain areas
- Disinfect all slot machines
- Cleaning / Washing floors
- Some repairs
- Grounds cleaning
- Handy man service
- Able to lift more than 50 lbs
- WHIMIS is an asset

Prior experience is a MUST and REQUIRED.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lethbridge, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Handyman: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 2 years (preferred)
