**What You'll Do**:

- Lead our kitchen operations with ownership over menu refinement, cost control, and overall culinary excellence.
- Innovate and take pride in every dish, ensuring a high standard in quality, presentation, and taste.
- Play a key role in driving our menu forward with fresh, seasonal ingredients and a creative approach.
- Collaborate closely with our team and bring your ambition, inspiration, and culinary passion to the table.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the kitchen team and maintain a positive, collaborative environment.
- Refine our menu, develop recipes, and manage food costs.
- Run a small, open kitchen including ordering, preparation, and maintaining inventory.
- Help with hiring and scheduling of kitchen staff as needed.
- Build relationships with local suppliers, including farms.
- Consistently prepare dishes with attention to detail, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Implement processes for cost control, waste reduction, and profitability, and present weekly progress.
- Ensure food is stored and handled in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain a spotless kitchen, from top to bottom.

**What You Bring**:

- Highly organized with a passion for food and culinary excellence.
- A culinary school graduate with at least 3 years of experience.
- Excited about vegetarian/vegan food and trends.
- Certified in Food Safety and legally eligible to work in Canada.

**Job Details**:

- Full-time position.
- Salary negotiable based on experience.
