The Branch is responsible for the planning and delivery of programs that support climate action, active transportation and community resiliency. This includes programs and policies that increase the safety and accessibility of many forms of transportation - active (cycling and pedestrian), aviation, and emission reduction in the marine, road, and trucking sectors.

The Program Evaluation Analyst reports to the Manager, Active Transportation and is accountable for supporting active transportation programs, including program evaluation, and providing recommendations for program innovations/changes. A key priority for the Ministry and the Clean Transportation and Programs Branch is the implementation of the active transportation mandate and mode share goals identified in CleanBC’s Roadmap to 2030. This position will be part of a team supporting active transportation programs, including the Active Transportation Infrastructure Grants, education and encouragement initiatives and data and evaluation. In addition, the position supports stakeholder engagement with Indigenous and local governments, other ministries and non-profits and community groups. We are looking for a motivated team player who is passionate about sustainable transportation to ensure the continued uptake of active transportation by citizens across the province.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Sciences, Business Administration, Statistics, or equivalent and two (2) years related experience.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

**Related experience must include all of the following**:

- Experience building successful relationships with external stakeholders.
- Experience implementing strategic initiatives.
- Experience analyzing and evaluating program performance as it pertains to overall Provincial strategies.

**Security Screening**:
