**Job Summary**
In this role, you will develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients in the construction and heavy equipment industry. You will be responsible for driving the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.

The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday and must be available 7:00am to 4:00pm for the needs of the business. Phone provided by YSB and must be answered 6:30am to 5:00pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Machine delivery on site and track invoicing.
- Managing fuel expenses on sites with monthly reports.
- Oversee scheduling regular maintenance for machinery at 40-50 hours max.
- Monitor logbooks for each piece of equipment to monitor fuel used each time rented out.
- Oversee for scheduling Dealership for full Maintenance on time needed and manage and approval of their invoice. Create a Monthly report on attachments, conditions, and location.
- Responsible for making sure YSB Rentals’ truck stays in good condition, clean and report to shop foreman for maintenance and repairs.
- Responsible for scheduling meetings for any ongoing issues or damage to machines to rectify problems.
- Source new potential clients and keep a pipeline to track progress and details.
- Foster Client relations to ensure Client Satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with administrative and finance members to ensure accuracy with contracts and invoicing.
- Ensure accuracy of contracts before submitting to client.
- Responsible for coordinating delivery dates with trucking companies and clients.
- Responsible for negotiating new purchases with Dealership in accordance with Finance department.
- Responsible for tracking/monitoring insurance variances on equipment and working with insurers to maintain insurance cost trends and liabilities and equipment.
- Responsible for developing and tracking financing payments for leasing and financing of equipment with Finance department.
- Responsible for forecasting on revenues & expenses with Financial Controller
- Assist with accounts receivable when issues arise.
- Understand the current equipment rental market including competitor pricing and performance.
- Responsible for creating strategies for new potential rental clientele and advertising - and keeping track of how/who you contacted.

**Skills**:

- Minimum 5 years sales experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
