**Your Role and Responsibilities**
IBM Consulting helps our clients solve their most complex business and technical issues. The Canadian

Insurance industry is evolving and innovating so they can service their customers and stakeholders

better. IBM Consulting is at the forefront of helping our Insurance clients transform their business.

As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be at the centre of these transformations, specifically, you will:

- Gather data from insurance companies across Canada to identify and interpret trends in across the

industry
- Interact with insurance companies on a routine basis to ensure periodic data submissions are

accurate and submitted on time
- Perform reporting analysis on datasets to identify errors and integrity of data submissions
- Run data queries to identify data exceptions and clean data
- Bridge business needs to technology solutions
- Leverage experience with software development lifecycle and Agile
- Bring an entrepreneurial spirit
- Train / mentor junior resources on SSP processes
- Work as a key member of an engagement team

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty - Automobile Insurance industry in Canada
- Direct experience working with Automobile Statistical Plan (ASP) data
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent)
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript and/or Python Programming Languages
- Minimum 3 years of Guidewire experience with core modules (i.e., Policy Center, Billing Center,
- Claim Center) and supporting modules (e.g., Digital)
- Certified as a Guidewire Business Analyst (minimum: Associate certification)
- Experience in insurance operations and the insurance industry value chain

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Consulting industry experience
- Experience in Property and Casualty insurance in Canada, and experience with Automobile insurance
- Experience in presenting to a variety of audiences with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
