Osoyoos, Canada Bee-Clean Building Maintenance Full time

**Are you interested in exploring an opportunity to augment your existing income? We are currently in search of a part-time supervisor to oversee operations at a unionized site.**

**Supervisory Position in Oliver**

**Monday to Friday, shifts, 4 hours per day, can range between 8 am to 4:30. Flexible schedule is preferred to oversee day-to-day cleaning, scheduling & inspecting.**

**This position is located in Oliver, BC**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Hire and train employees
- Completing health & safety site inspections
- Ensure employees follow all company safety & security policies & procedures
- Communicate deficiencies & non compliance with employees including disciplinary procedures, and issuing written warnings if required
- Completing weekly schedules for employees
- Ensuring cleaning schedules and proper breaktimes are being adhered to by employees
- Perform other job duties as required /requested by Management.

**Requirements**:

- Undergo specific clearance which all cost is covered by Bee Clean
- Must be available to work mornings & afternoons (4-hour shifts)
- Must possess excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Great organization and possess a keen eye for detail
- Works well under pressure, multi-tasking, and able to prioritize
- Ability to take initiative
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel)
- Experience on floor machine & equipment is an asset (Relevant experience is preferred but not a must as we will provide all necessary training)
- Valid driver’s license with own vehicle/transportation to and from the facility
