**Overview**:
This position commits to improving CSL’s quality and environmental management systems, following its compliance obligations; and working to achieve goals in a profitable, ethical, sustainable, and professional manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inputting and maintaining BOM’s; ensuring accuracy
- Prepare and analyze reports in ERP as needed;
- Maintain master data in ERP such as purchase info record, material master and approved vendor list;
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of production reporting data requirements
- Conduct and analyze audits/cycle count(s) and year-end inventory counts of all raw materials and purchased parts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of recorded information;
- Build supplier relationship programs to ensure performance and service expectations are met;
- The procurement of specific categories on behalf of the company;
- Generate purchase orders to send to vendors;
- Improvement of the ERP process and tool utilization related to Materials Planning and management;
- Monitor inventory usage to ensure materials are available for production;
- Interface with production supervision, customer service, production scheduling, and receiving to support production and to avoid line shortages or missed shipments to customers;
- Follow up on outstanding purchase orders, develop and internally communicate risk mitigation;
- Execute on notifications of change related to inventory and purchasing;
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve external & internal processes;
- The procurement of assigned MRO items;
- Monitor and analyze vendor costs, lead times, and delivery performance;
- Assist in sourcing innovative new products and suppliers to add to our portfolio;
- Inventory management, maintain target inventory level for raw and finished good products, cycle counting and physical inventory;
- Build highly collaborative and resilient relationships across all business functions;
- Utilize your knowledge of industry trends and market prices of key purchased items to recommend procurement activities;
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- A post secondary education in Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of Procurement Analysis experience
- Experience working in a large ERP program is an asset, SAP is preferred
- SCMP, PMAC or CPP designation preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
- Incredible organizational skills; must be detail-oriented
