Personal Concierge

Location: Milton Ontario

Pay: $16 to $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Task Management: Organize and manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for clients.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of personal and business events.
- Errand Running: Handle various errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other personal tasks.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and correspondence efficiently.
- Special Projects: Support clients with special projects and unique requests as needed.
- Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Concierge, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Personal Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
