The Lawncare And Landscape labourers will work as part of a crew, to provide high quality work for our residential and commercial properties.

We are also seeking those with equipment operator experience, as well as those with carpentry experience, particularly with decks and fences.

Employees tasks will include but not limited to:

- Lawn mowing, maintenance and installation
- Landscape construction

**Landscape maintenance**

**Mulch installation**

**Spring and fall cleanups**

**Patio and wall construction**

**Decks and fences**

**Snow removal**

Full time position consists of 40 plus hours per week, Monday to Friday, rarely including weekend work. Wages start at 16$ per hour and up, based on experience and position. We are currently hiring Seasonal, Part-Time, & Full-Time staff members to grow wth our establishment. Position to begin in immediately.

- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, team environment where continual improvement is expected
- Must be able to handle a physical demanding worksite and repetitive tasks (ie raking, shovelling, wheelbarrowing).
- Interested in learning more about Lawn Maintenance & Horticulture

- Familiar with working in ever-changing weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from our shop

Duties may include:

- Weekly Lawn and Landscape Maintenance
- Assist with new landscape construction projects
- Operate equipment as assigned
- Ensures work is performed efficiently and safely in accordance with policies and procedures
- Ensures safe and responsible operation of all vehicles and equipment
- Ensures all tools/equipment are operated competently, safely and maintained in a good operating condition
- Performs other duties as assigned
