Advanced training in quality or innovation with evidence of scholarship (such as peer-reviewed publications, presentations, or awards) is required for a CQI position. Advanced training and demonstrated achievement in teaching and education is required for the CT position (such as a strong track record of teaching, awards, or education scholarship).
