Field and Forge Brewing Co. is looking for brewery professional to be part of an exciting opportunity in Innisfail, AB. Our brewery provides a unique opportunity for passionate individuals looking to collaborate with an enthusiastic team to build and grow a new brand.

The brewery includes a fully automatic four vessel brewhouse with packaging line and tap/dinning room.

We are currently offering an opportunity to join our team as an **Assistant Brewer**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in executing the entire process involved in the production of beer
- Cellaring, yeast management and propagation and packaging
- Quality control - maintain a spotless brewery and ensure strict sanitation process
- Interface with customers and promote craft beer education
- Brand ambassador - participate in industry events, promotional activities and collaborate with other breweries and brewers

*Assist Brewer with all tasks and duties when required
- Strong passion for craft beer
- Experience in a professional brewing environment ideal
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn quickly
- Good troubleshooting skills, safety conscious and mechanically inclined
- Attention to detail, highly organized and motivated with strong interpersonal skills
- Physically fit to work in all areas of a brewery - lifting grain sacks, cleaning, packaging kegs, and canning

**Hours of Work**:

- The hours of work for this position will vary depending on organizational requirements, but may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
